She is a business psychologist, a postgraduate in People Management – HR Business from Fundação Getúlio Vargas; and she is a Councillor for Administration certified by IBGC – Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa (Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance). A pioneer in Brazil in executive coaching, she started in the 90s, receiving certification from renowned institutions in Brazil and the United States. She was trained by the respected American guru Lee Ellis, being the only LBDNA (Leadership Behavior DNA) licensed advisor in Brazil.
Seen as one of the most influential Specialist in executive search in Brazil, she has been referenced in important articles about corporate and executive life in the biggest media outlets in the country. Adriana has published many articles in the mainstream media of Brazil and the rest of the world. She is the co-author of three books, “Pontes do Psicodrama”; “Vivência – Uma Aprendizagem Efetiva” and “Aprender e Transformar”, all bestsellers.
Since 2010, she has been a juror in the “Executivo de Valor” award, which is an event coordinated by the “Valor Econômico” newspaper, and is the main award for leadership in the national market.
