A renowned consultant in financial and capital markets, Paulo ngelo Carvalho de Souza is amongst the most important administrative and corporate governance advisors in Brazil. In 2006, he won the Investment Analyst and Professional Prize awarded by APIMEC NACIONAL, he was the CEO of the Minas Gerais Social Security Foundation, a Pension Fund sponsored Copasa and Magnus Sociedade Previdenciária, part of Magnesita Refratários. He is certified by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (BICG) and acted as one of the entity's coordinators in Minas Gerais.
